Get the prerequisites. Create accounts on Cloudflare (free), Anthropic (~$5 prepaid), and OpenAI (~$5 prepaid). Grab your API keys from each — this is most of the 20 minutes.

Run the setup wizard. Nothing to download or install — go to whoszoo.app/setup in any browser, paste your license key, then step through your Cloudflare token and API keys. Each one tests live before you can continue. It deploys a private Worker + database directly into your own Cloudflare account. ~2–3 minutes.

Open the app. The wizard shows your App URL and a one-time Access Key on the result screen. Save both, pick a passphrase, and you're in. Start adding people.
